La Cerquilla sits within Nueva Andalucía’s Golf Valley, one of the most established residential pockets on the Costa del Sol, bordered by several of the area’s leading courses. Puerto Banús is approximately five minutes by car; Marbella centre is reachable in around ten minutes; Málaga airport is approximately 45 minutes east via the A-7. Renowned international schools are within close proximity, and the community itself operates as a private, secure neighbourhood with low through-traffic.
