Welcome to our holiday home in Vista Real, Nueva Andalucía, just a 5-minute drive from Puerto Banús and 3 minutes from Aloha, where you’ll find Marbella’s best restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. Marbella’s old town is only a 10-minute drive away.

Nueva Andalucía is one of Marbella’s most exclusive areas, known for its luxury and proximity to Puerto Banús and the Golden Mile.

This holiday home, decorated in a modern and contemporary style, features a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy the best views of the Mediterranean.

The apartment is surrounded by golf clubs such as Los Naranjos Golf Club, Real Club de Golf Las Brisas, Aloha Golf Club, and La Quinta Golf & Country Club.

The house is built over two levels and consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious living-dining area with direct access to the terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The kitchen is fully fitted with a microwave, double-door refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and more. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and ample space for ironing.

On the first floor, you’ll find the living room equipped with a sofa, an armchair, and a TV. The dining area features a table with six chairs. The terrace offers an outdoor dining table, a large outdoor sofa with a coffee table, and two sun loungers — perfect for relaxing at any time of the day.

All three bedrooms are furnished with high-quality beds: two king-size and one queen-size, each with an en-suite bathroom featuring a rain shower, bathtub, and double sink.

The spacious master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom is located on the upper floor. It also has access to a private terrace with panoramic sea views, one sun lounger, and two armchairs — an ideal place to unwind.

We provide bath towels and bed linen for all rooms, so you only need to bring your personal belongings.

The house is equipped with air conditioning, allowing you to adjust the temperature for heating or cooling.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. For your safety, the property complies with all legal regulations and includes a smoke detector, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.

A parking space is also included in the rental.

Within the complex, you’ll find a communal swimming pool open from 10:00 to 22:00 (opening hours may vary depending on season and availability).
